Global Conference on Advances in Management is a nonprofit founded in November 2015 by a group of academic entrepreneurs eager to take business research from the ivory tower to the marketplace. Membership is open to individuals and organizations dedicated to 4 objectives.

GCAM OBJECTIVES

1. Build bridges between academia, business and civil society by conducting and sharing relevant and useful research.

2. Develop effective responses to the management challenges of the 21st century by engaging with business to identify and explore new avenues of knowledge and skills development.

3. Promote transformational change in organizations, systems and individuals.

4. Publish a journal devoted to innovative research in management.
